This podcast episode is going the day after Pentecost. The reason I am a Catholic is due to the presence of the Holy Spirit. He came to me at a moment I was not expecting it. I still do not know why at that moment in my life He came to me. I share this personal experience along with the need we all have for the Spirit’s presence. Right now, I am recovering from surgery in upstate New York. Recently, during my recovery our students from our two Carmelite schools in the Bronx sent me ‘Get well’ letters. To say that I started to cry while reading these letters would be an understatement. While reading these letters I noticed that my little acts of just being present to the kids, meant the world to them, which I was surprised by.
