Pain is something we all must deal with during our lives.  Fasting plays a key role in our understanding of pain.  How we see impacts how we move.  If our gaze is upon Christ, we move with him.  If our gaze in other things we move away from him.  Fasting impacts and shapes our ability to gaze upon Christ and thank him.  These are just a few things I speak about in the episode today.
